Robinson Event Rentals is excited to introduce the “Wishlist” feature. Discover the products you love from our inventory and best suit your event.
Simply add items to your wishlist and update the quantity to fit your needs. You will instantly be able to see item availability and rental pricing.

Please note additional charges apply for delivery and pick up as well as install and dismantle labour if required.

Please follow the steps below to begin the order process.

 

Step 1: Select the items

Select your favorite rental items, adjust the quantity as needed and add the items to your Wishlist Cart.

Step 2: Submit your Wishlist

Once your Wishlist is complete, click the “Wishlist” icon in bottom right corner of the page.

Step 3: Complete Event Info

Add your event date(s) and complete all information to submit your Wishlist for review. For In-Warehouse Pickups, please insert “ 2066 Concesssion Road 3, Palgrave, Ontario, L0N 1P0" or write Robinson Event Rentals as the venue location.

Step 4: Receive Quote

Receive your formal estimate from Robinson Event Rentals within 24-48 hours. Our team will contact you may there be any questions.

NOTE: No credit card info is required to submit a Wishlist.

 
 

Delivery & Pick up Fees:
Within GTA Area: $ 250 each way (minimum order $ 750)
Outside of GTA Area: starting at $ 350 each way (minimum order $ 1,000)
Warehouse pick up and return is available from Monday to Friday between 9AM - 4PM

Booking Your Order

Select your desired products from our online catalogue or reach out to us directly. Your Account Manager will work to finalize your order and collect all event details required for smooth service. This is the best time to let your Account Manager know if you require a product that is not listed on our site.


 

Two Weeks Before Event

Your Account Manager will reach out and confirm the installation and retrieval time frames. They’ll also use this time to cover any additional information and answer any questions you may have.

Seven Days Before Event

One week before the event is our cutoff window for order changes. This is also when we require final payment.


 

Day of Event

Our install lead will call your day of contact when they are on their way to the event. They will have everything they need to ensure your rentals are perfectly placed as per your direction.
